How Our Club is Organized

Our club is designed to balance strong leadership with meaningful opportunities for members to get involved. This structure helps us stay organized, make thoughtful decisions, and create the kind of impact we care about—both in our club and in the community. 

For those interested in helping shape the direction of our club, serving on a board as an officer or at-large member can be a meaningful way to contribute—and all members are welcome to attend board meetings and stay connected to the discussion.

Club Board

The Club Board focuses on the overall health and direction of the club. This includes setting priorities, supporting the member experience, coordinating meetings and activities, and helping ensure we stay aligned with Rotary’s values. It’s where many of the day-to-day operational decisions are shaped so the club runs smoothly and members have clear, meaningful ways to stay involved.

Charity Board & Trustee

The Charity Board and Trustee focus specifically on how funds and service efforts are directed. This group helps ensure that financial resources are used thoughtfully, projects align with club goals, and charitable efforts create the kind of impact we are aiming for—both locally and beyond.

This added layer of stewardship helps keep our giving and service intentional and transparent.

Working Together

Together, these boards create a natural balance between how the club functions and how the club makes a difference. While they guide planning and coordination, the energy and impact of the club continue to come from member participation, ideas, and engagement.

Committees: Where the Work Comes to Life

In partnership with the Club Board and Charity Board, much of the club’s work happens through committees. Committees are small groups of members focused on specific areas such as:
